Frequently Asked Questions

What types of roofs do you install?

For residential roofs, we install metal, asphalt shingle, slate tile systems, flat concrete tile, clay spanish tile, and concrete spanish tile. Additionally for commercial and HOA project we install flat roofs and use composite materials as well.

What process is followed when an insurance claim is made?

New laws in the State of FL allows us as General Contractors as well as Roofing Contractors to negotiate directly with the insurance company on the COST OF THE WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE so you don't necessarily need to employ a public adjuster or lawyer saving thousands of dollars, we do not and can not charge you for negotiating the COST OF THE WORK TO BE DONE and we can not discuss the homeowners Policy.

Please remember that when your home or business is damaged by a storm CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY and then call us.

Three really important things to always remember are:

  • The consumer is responsible for payment of any insurance deductible;
  • It is insurance fraud punishable as a felony of the third degree for a contractor to knowingly or willfully, and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive, pay waive, or rebate all or part of an insurance deductible applicable to payment to the contractor for repairs to a property covered by a property insurance policy; AND
  • It is insurance fraud punishable as a felony of the third degree to intentionally file an insurance claim containing any false, incomplete, or misleading information.

What is your price range?

Homes and businesses in Florida have a really large range of materials used such as concrete tiles, metal and asphalt and so we would need to know more about your current roof and any HOA requirements or neighborhood restrictions before we could give you an accurate answer. We would love to speak to you in person to dial in a price range. You can do this by scheduling a consult or requesting a quote.
